For years I had dreamt of creating a place that would highlight the ethnic, savory, charcoal-grilled flavors of Middle Eastern food. On March 5, 2024 I took that dream and turned it into reality with Mila's Meat Market and Charcoal Grill, named after my beautiful daughter. From there I worked closely with an architect to create exactly what I had envisioned. This required a team skilled in meat preparation and charcoal-grilling. So to ensure we delivered the highest quality, I flew in and housed expert kabob chefs from Istanbul, Turkey.
